Description
The BU97501KV is a multifunction LCD segment driver designed for use in a wide range of applications, including telephones, FAX machines, portable equipment (POS, ECR, PDA, etc.), car audio, home electrical appliances, and meter equipment. It features a key input function for up to 30 keys, a selectable display duty of 1/4 or 1/3, an integrated RAM for display data (DDRAM), and a selectable segment/GPO (Max 4port) output mode. The BU97501KV also supports standby mode, has an integrated Power-on Reset circuit and Oscillator circuit, and requires no external components. It is designed for low power consumption and is available in a W(Typ.)xD(Typ.)xH(Max.) VOFP64 package.
