Description
The BD6380EFV and BD6381EFV are low-voltage, bipolar PWM constant current-drive drivers designed for driving bipolar stepping motors in paper feed carriages. They feature low power consumption and are suitable for battery-powered mobile devices. The ultra-thin, high heat-radiation HTSSOP package contributes to reduced mounting area.
