Description
The BD6142AMUV is an 8-channel white LED driver IC with an integrated 50V power Nch MOSFET. It features a PWM step-up DC/DC converter that can boost up to 41V and a current driver that can drive up to 30mA per channel. The brightness can be controlled by an external PWM pulse.
