AT17LV010-10JC Overview
The package uses a neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) interface.Tube external packaging.Qualified to operate within 0°C~70°C.FPGA is programmable through Serial EEPROM.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 3V~3.6V 4.75V~5.25V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount.1Mb is the maximum storage size.Search "AT17LV010" for related parts.There are 20 pins on it.Device package 20-PLCC (9x9) would be the one provided by the supplier of this part.EEPROM-memory refers to this type of storage.A Surface Mount application can be made with it.The swicthing controller works at a frequency of 15MHz.A temperature of 0°C can be reached by the device and it is still capable of functioning.At temperatures above 70°C, it should not operate.Ideally, it should be running at 4.75V volts or more.As far as the maximum supply voltage is concerned, it is rated as 5.25V.
