Description
ALD2321ASCL Overview
The surface mount package of the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is designed to withstand a wide operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. This package is suitable for various applications that require a compact and reliable design. The output type of this device is CMOS, which is complementary to NMOS and can be configured as open-drain, push-pull, or TTL. With a response time of 1.1 μs, this device can quickly and accurately process signals. The voltage supply for this device can be either single or dual, with a range of 4V to 10V for single supply and ±2V to ±5V for dual supply. The input offset voltage (Vos) is only 200μV, ensuring precise and accurate signal processing. Furthermore, the maximum quiescent current is only 180μA, and the maximum input bias current is 20pA at 5V, making this device highly efficient. It is also compliant with ROHS3 standards, making it environmentally friendly.
