It provides integrated powerline driver with thermal and overcurrent protection. The monolithic integrated circuit is well suited for driving low-impedance lines where up to 1.5 A into reactive loads is required. Moreover, it is capable of delivering high reliability in demanding powerline communications applications. It is available in the VQFN package to meet the board space requirement.
