Description
The ADS930 is a high-speed, 8-bit, 30MHz sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from 3V to 5V power supplies. It features an internal reference, a single-ended input range of 1V to 2V, and low power consumption of 66mW at 3V. The ADS930 employs digital error correction techniques to provide excellent differential linearity for demanding imaging applications. Its low distortion and high SNR (46dB) make it suitable for telecommunications, video, and test instrumentation applications.
