The ADS8504 is a 12-bit sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) utilizing CMOS structures. It incorporates a 12-bit capacitor-based successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with sample-and-hold (S/H), reference, clock, microprocessor interface, and 3-state output drivers.
