Description
The ADS5546 is a high-performance 14-bit, 190 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It offers advanced functionality and performance in a compact 48-pin QFN package. The ADC features an internal sample and hold and low jitter clock buffer, enabling both high SNR and high SFDR at high input frequencies. It also includes programmable gain options to improve SFDR performance at lower full-scale analog input ranges.
