Description
The ADS5545 is a high-performance 14-bit, 170 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It offers advanced functionality and performance in a compact 48-pin QFN package. The ADC features an internal sample and hold and low jitter clock buffer, enabling both high SNR and SFDR at high input frequencies. It also includes programmable gain options to enhance SFDR performance at lower full-scale analog input ranges.
