Description
The ADS5221 is a 12-bit, 65MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single 3.3V power supply. It features high SNR (70dB), high SFDR (88dBFS), and low power consumption (285mW). The ADS5221 has an internal reference option, allowing for external references to be used for gain and offset matching in multi-channel applications or for full-scale range adjustment. It also employs digital error correction techniques for excellent differential linearity.
