Description
The ADF43601 is an integrated integerN synthesizer and voltagecontrolled oscillator (VCO) designed for a center frequency of 2250 MHz. It features a divideby2 option, providing an RF output range of 1025 MHz to 1225 MHz. The device is controlled through a simple 3wire interface and operates with a power supply ranging from 3.0 V to 3.6 V. It includes hardware and software powerdown modes for power conservation.
