Description
The ADC12D1600/1000RF is a 12-bit, 3.2/2.0 GSPS RF sampling ADC that offers excellent noise and linearity up to and above 2.7 GHz. It can be configured as either a 3.2/2.0 GSPS interleaved ADC or a 1600/1000 MSPS dual ADC. The ADC12D1600/1000RF features a new DESCLKIQ mode for high bandwidth, high sampling rate applications. It is pin-compatible with the ADC10D1x00 and ADC12D1x00 families of ADCs.
