Description
The ADC10080 is a 10-bit, 80 MSPS analog-to-digital converter that operates on a single 3.0V power supply. It features a differential input with a selectable full-scale input swing of 2.0 Vp.p, 1.5 Vpp, or 1.0 Vp.p. The ADC10080 also includes an on-chip sample-and-hold circuit and a precision bandgap reference. The output data format is user-selectable offset binary or two's complement.
