AD9704BCPZ Overview
This package is included in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and is available for purchase. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 1.8V volts is required. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. The FPGA belongs to the TxDAC? series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space. 32 terminations are present in total. Its base part number AD9704 can be used to find related parts. This cable has 32 pins and is designed to connect to a computer. A 3.3V-volt supply allows designers to fully utili3.3Ve its flexibility. With a total of 32 pins, it is equipped with a high level of security. This device is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V. Using a supply voltage as low as 1.7V, it will work.
