The AD7871/AD7872 are complete, 14-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) featuring:
Track-and-hold amplifier
Successive approximation ADC
3 V buried Zener reference
Versatile interface logic
Self-contained, laser-trimmed internal clock
Bipolar input signals of ±3 V
Full power signal conversion up to 41.5 kHz

Two's complement coding

80 dB SNR at 10 kHz input frequency
