Description
The AD679 is a complete, 14-bit, 128 kSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that combines a sample-and-hold amplifier (SHA), microprocessor-compatible bus interface, voltage reference, and clock generation circuitry. It is specified for both AC (dynamic) and DC parameters, making it suitable for both signal processing and measurement applications.
