Description
The AD667 is a complete 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a voltage reference and digital latches on a single chip. It features:
Double-buffered latch for direct interface with various data bus widths
TTL/5V CMOS compatible logic inputs
Internal buried Zener reference laser-trimmed to 10.00V with ±1% maximum error
Laser-trimmed gain setting and bipolar offset resistors for low gain temperature coefficient and minimum errors
Precision high-speed current steering switch and on-board output amplifier for fast settling time (within 1/2 LSB for a 10V full-scale transition in 2.0µs)
