Description
The AD570 is an 8-bit successive approximation A/D converter that integrates a DAC, voltage reference, clock, comparator, successive approximation register, and output buffers on a single chip. It requires no external components for full-accuracy 8-bit conversion in 25 μs.

Full-scale calibration accuracy of ±0.8% (2 LSB of 8 bits)

Accepts unipolar (0 V to 10 V) or bipolar (-5 V to 5 V) analog inputs
True 8-bit accuracy with no missing codes over the operating temperature range
Guaranteed operation with -15 V and 5 V supplies
Available in two versions: AD570J (0°C to 70°C) and AD570S (-55°C to 125°C)
