Overview
Description
The AD5623R-EP is a low-power, dual 12-bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that operates from a single 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply. It is guaranteed monotonic by design and incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures the output powers up to 0 V and remains there until a valid write takes place. The AD5623R-EP also has a power-down feature that reduces current consumption to 0.48 μA at 5 V and provides software-selectable output loads while in power-down mode.
