Description
The AD5247 is a compact, 128-position digital potentiometer that provides a solution for variable resistance adjustments. It offers a wide range of end-to-end resistance options (5 kΩ, 10 kΩ, 50 kΩ, 100 kΩ) and is available in an ultracompact SC70-6 (2 mm x 2.1 mm) package. The device features a PC-compatible interface, full read/write capability of the wiper register, and a power-on preset to midscale. It operates on a single supply voltage ranging from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, consumes low power (3 μA typical), and has a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to 125°C).
