Description
The AD52XX series are 12-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with a hybrid design that combines MSI digital and linear monolithic chips with laser-trimmed thin-film resistors. This design eliminates the need for adjustments and ensures no missing codes over the specified temperature range. The ADCs are available in two input voltage ranges (15V and 110V) and two performance grades (B: -25°C to 85°C, T: -55°C to 125°C). They are packaged in a 24-pin hermetically sealed ceramic DIP.
