Description
The AD1376/AD1377 are 16-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with internal reference, clock, and laser-trimmed thin-film resistors. They offer high resolution, accuracy, and stability over commercial temperature ranges (0°C to 70°C). The ADCs are packaged in 32-lead, ceramic seam-sealed (hermetic) dual in-line packages (DIPs).
