The ICS950908 is a Programmable Timing Control Hub™ designed for the VIA Pro266/PN266/CLE266/CM400 chipset for PII/Tualatin/C3 processors. It provides a range of programmable output frequencies, divider ratios, rise/fall times, skew, and spread percentage for EMI control. The device also features a watchdog timer technology to reset the system in case of malfunctions.
