Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.375V~3.465V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. The FemtoClock® NG series includes this electronic part.
