Description
The 840004-11 is a 4-output LVCMOS/LVTTL synthesizer optimized for generating Ethernet reference clock frequencies. It utilizes a 25MHz, 18pF parallel resonant crystal to generate 125MHz and 62.5MHz based on a frequency select pin (F_SEL). The device employs IDT's 3rd generation low phase noise VCO technology, achieving typical random rms phase jitter of 1ps or lower, meeting Ethernet jitter requirements. It is packaged in a compact 20-pin TSSOP package.
