Description
The 813N2521-04 is a PLL-based synchronous multiplier optimized for PDH or SONET to Ethernet clock jitter attenuation and frequency translation. It features two internal frequency multiplication stages: a VCXO PLL for reference clock jitter attenuation and a FemtoClock® NG frequency multiplier for low-jitter, high-frequency Ethernet output. The device supports various input frequencies and provides independent frequency selection for its outputs.

One LVPECL and one LVDS output pair with independent frequency selection (25MHz, 125MHz, 156.25MHz, 312.5MHz)
Two differential inputs supporting LVPECL, LVDS, LVHSTL, SSTL, HCSL
Input frequency range: 8kHz to 155.52MHz
VCXO PLL for jitter attenuation with external loop filter configuration
FemtoClock NG frequency multiplier with low jitter and high frequency output
Absolute pull range: 100ppm
FemtoClock NG VCO frequency: 625MHz
RMS phase jitter (125MHz, using a 25MHz crystal): 0.3ps (typical)
3.3V supply voltage
Industrial temperature range (-40°C to 85°C)
Lead-free (RoHS 6) package
