4214AP Overview
Tube are used for its packaging.For cost-effectiveness, it has been included in the 14-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.4-Quadrant bits per stage are frequently used.The voltage supply for this device is 15V.For -15V, a nominal negative supply voltage is provided.During the period of 10MHz, a modulated radio-frequency signal occupying the frequency range is present.14 terminations have been designed to prevent reflections from the transmission line.Depending on the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures, NOT SPECIFIED will determine the reflow temperature limit.The integrated circuit ANALOG MULTIPLIER OR DIVIDER operates as an analog integrated circuit.Upon reaching 85°C, the maximum operating temperature is allowed.For normal operation, the maximum supply voltage is kept at 20V.A minimum operating temperature of -25°C is allowed.
