SI8517-C-ISR Overview
A 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used to protect the current sensors from damage. The devices are protected from damage by the Tape & Reel (TR) package. It is recommended that these current sensors supply a maximum current of 7mA. No more than 7mA current should be supplied by current sensors. To make these current sensors work, their operating temperature must not fall below -40°C. Current sensors should, however, be set to 125°C for their maximum operating temperature.
