Encoders cannot operate below -40°C for the minimum operating temperature to be met. In spite of this, the maximum operating temperature of this electronic part is 100°C. 5 pins are present on the encoders. Encoders are packaged in Module packages to make handling easier and protect them. Encoders can withstand a voltage of 5V without being damaged.
