In this device, the forward voltage is 4A.Bridge rectifier is a type of electronic component that is available in a 4-SIP, GBL package.A monitoring should be done of the reverse leakage current and it should not be allowed to exceed zero.Temperatures below -55°C~150°C TJ ensure normal operation.Monitoring surge current and not allowing it to exceed 150A is essential.Powering this device is provided by a reverse voltage peak of 5A.
