The magnetic switch is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) to protect it from damage. Safety precautions are taken by packaging the magnetic switches in 4-SSIP packages. A magnetic switch is capable of supplying 13mA as the maximum current for maximum performance. When operating, these switches can output a maximum current of 25mA. Currents up to 13mA can be supplied by these switches. It consists of 4 terminations. If this switch is functioning properly, it should supply a voltage of 24V. The switch will normally supply 12V for reliable operation. Magnetic switches can supply voltages as low as 4V.
