63-LFBGA packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. The Tape & Reel (TR) will protect these image sensors. A 63 pin image sensor is used. While the image sensor is operating, the voltage should be 2.94V. Sensors should be set to 105°C at maximum operating temperatures. However, it is recommended that the temperature should not be lower than -40°C when image sensors are in operation.
