Description
The ZL40203 is a precision 1:4 LVPECL fanout buffer with onchip input termination. It accepts differential or singleended inputs and provides four precision LVPECL outputs. The device has an operating frequency of up to 750 MHz and a core current consumption of 62 mA. The ZL40203 is available in a 16pin QFN package and operates over a temperature range of 40°C to 85°C.
