Description
The ZL40201 is a precision 1:2 LVPECL fanout buffer with onchip input termination. It accepts differential or singleended input signals and provides two precision LVPECL outputs. The device operates at frequencies up to 750 MHz and has a core current consumption of 49 mA. The ZL40201 is available in a 16pin QFN package and is specified for operation over the 40°C to 85°C temperature range.
