Description
The XRD98L23 is a linear CIS or CCD sensor signal processor that integrates an 8-bit ADC, a 6-bit programmable gain amplifier, and an 8-bit programmable offset adjustment. It supports both AC and DC coupled configurations for CIS and CCD sensors. The device operates at 3.3V and is compatible with USB interfaces.
