XCS05XL-4VQG100I Overview
There are FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY transistors in this type of FPGA. A fundamental building block contains 238 logic elements or cells. Power is provided by a 3.3V-volt supply. An FPGA part from the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. During the installation of this device, 77 outputs were incorporated. In total, there are a total of 100 terminations on fpga chips. This cable has 100 pins and is designed to connect to a computer. Providing the FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount as per the specifications of the IC, then it should work perfectly according to its specifications. With a 3.3V supply voltage, designers can fully utilize the flexibility of the device. A maximum operating temperature of 100°C can be reached by this module. Over -40°C should be the operating temperature. 5000 gates make up the basic block of its construction. Featuring 100 pins in total, it is a versatile device. Most commonly, this device makes use of an oscillating crystal frequency of 217MHz to operate. The registers used in the transfer of and storage of data are 360 in number. In order to make the architecture work, 100 CLBs are used. It can take a maximum of 3.6V as the supply voltage. Using a supply voltage as low as 3V, fpga semiconductor will work. As most of the logic cells for the building blocks are 238 logic cells, it incorporates a lot of logic. There are 2000 equivalent gates in the FPGA that implement the design.
