Description
256-tap, quad-channel non-volatile digital potentiometer
End-to-end resistances: 10K, 50K, 100K
Can be used as a three-terminal potentiometer or two-terminal variable resistor
Output determined by wiper position, which varies linearly between VA and VB terminals
Settings stored in volatile Tap Register (TR)
Settings can be provided via SPI interface or non-volatile memory (NVMEMO-3)
Wiper position settings can be saved to NVMEMO-3
Four independent channels in 20-pin PDIP, SOIC, and TSSOP packages
Operating voltage range: 2.7V to 5.5V
