Description
The UC1543, UC1544, UC2543, UC2544, UC3543, and UC3544 are monolithic integrated circuits that provide comprehensive power supply monitoring and control. They incorporate the following functions:
Over-voltage (O.V.) sensing with SCR "crowbar" shutdown capability
Undervoltage (U.V.) sensing for output or input line voltage monitoring
Current sensing (C.L.) for current limiting or additional voltage monitoring
Independent, accurate reference generator
Features
Internal 1% accurate reference
Programmable time delays for O.V. and U.V. sensing
SCR "crowbar" drive of 300 mA
Remote activation capability
Optional over-voltage latch
Uncommitted comparator inputs for low-voltage sensing (UC1544 series only)
