Description
TYN612TRG Overview
The RMS current is a measure of the average strength of the current, disregarding its direction. Its RMS current (Irms) is 12A ohms.Repetitive reverse voltage is the maximum voltage the diode can withstand in reverse-bias mode, and for this device, the maximum repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) is 600V.During the 'ON' state, the holding current (hypostatic) can be 15mA, as it is the minimum current which must pass through a circuit for it to stay in the 'on' state.Detecting leakage current on conductors can be an indication of insulation effectiveness, and its maximum leakage current can be 2mA.
