TSV854IQ4T Overview
There is a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the General Purpose-type. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. We are approaching the 16h termination of the year. This linear amplifier should be powered by an 2.7V battery. There are two types of Operational Amplifier op amps in this case, and this device falls into one of them. 16 pins are located on the operational amplifiers. The input offset voltage is 4mV.
