Description
The TPS2211 is a fully integrated power-interface switch for single-slot PC Card interfaces. It combines all necessary components for PC Card control, including power MOSFETs, logic, current limiting, and thermal protection, into a single integrated circuit. The device supports the distribution of 3.3 V, 5 V, and/or 12 V card power and is compatible with various PCMCIA controllers.

Low rps(on) (90-mΩ 5-V Vcc switch and 3.3-V Vcc switch)
Compatible with controllers from Cirrus, Ricoh, O₂Micro, Intel, and Texas Instruments
3.3-V low-voltage mode
Meets PC Card standards
12-V supply can be disabled except during 12-V flash programming
Short-circuit and thermal protection
Space-saving 16-pin SSOP (DB) package
Compatible with 3.3-V, 5-V, and 12-V PC Cards
