Description
TN1215-600B Overview
The RMS current is a measure of the average strength of the current, disregarding its direction. Its RMS current (Irms) is 12A ohms.Repetitive reverse voltage is the maximum voltage the diode can withstand in reverse-bias mode, and for this device, the maximum repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) is 600V.During the 'ON' state, the holding current (hypostatic) can be 40mA, as it is the minimum current which must pass through a circuit for it to stay in the 'on' state.
