TLV3502AIDCNT Description
The TLV3502AIDCNT family of push-pull output comparators has a quick propagation latency of 4.5ns and can operate between 2.7 and 5.5 V. It's suited for low-voltage applications because of its beyond-the-rails input common-mode range. Either CMOS or TTL logic is directly driven by the rail-to-rail output. Micro-size packages are ideal for applications that require portability and limited space. In 6-pin SOT-23 and 8-pin SO packages, the single (TLV3501) is available. The 8-pin SOT-23 and 8-pin SO packages are available for the dual (TLV3502).
