Description
TLC274IDR Overview
The JESD-609 Code e4 is an important standard used in the electronics industry to ensure the quality and reliability of integrated circuits. It specifies the Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) for a particular component, with MSL 1 (Unlimited) being the highest level indicating that the component has no limitations on exposure to moisture. The Peak Reflow Temperature (Cel) of 260 is also a crucial factor in determining the suitability of the component for various applications. With a Pin Count of 14, the component has a compact design, while its Slew Rate of 5.3V/μs and Architecture of VOLTAGE-FEEDBACK make it ideal for high-speed applications. The Bandwidth of 1.7MHz and Voltage Gain of 87.23dB further enhance its performance, and the Supply Voltage Limit-Max of 18V and Width of 3.91mm make it versatile and suitable for a wide range of electronic devices.

The TLC272 and TLC277 precision dual operational amplifiers combine a wide range of input offset voltage grades with low offset voltage drift, high input impedance, low noise, and speeds approaching those of general-purpose BiFETdevices. These devices use Texas Instruments silicon-gate Linc Mos (TM) technology, which provides offset voltage stability far exceeding the stability available with conventional metal-gate processes. The extremely high input impedance, low bias currents, and high slew rates make these cost effective devices ideal for applications previously reserved for BiFET and NFET products. Four offset voltage grades are available (C-suffix and I-suffix types), ranging from the low-cost TLC272 (10 mV) to the high-precision TLC277 (500 uV). These advantages, in combination with good common-mode rejection and supply voltage rejection, make these devices a good choice for new state-of-the-art designs as well as for upgrading existing designs.
