TFPT0805L4701FV Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 (2125 Metric) packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). PTC thermistors have 2 terminations. This thermistor has 2 pins. During operation, PTC thermistors could supply 40V voltage. It should be possible for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating. PTC thermistors should produce 100mW heat. For reliable performance, this thermistor should supply a voltage of 40V.
