Description
TFPT0805L3901JM Overview
A 0805 (2012 Metric) package is used to protect the PTC thermistors from damage. In order to provide safety protection, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). In order to operate the PTC thermistors correctly, the minimum operating temperature should be set to -55°C. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature of this thermistor below 150°C to ensure proper operation. In order for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating, the maximum temperature should be 100mW. When it works, this thermistor can supply 40V voltage.
