Description
TFPT0805L3300FM Overview
To prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, they are packaged in 0805 (2125 Metric) packages. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) as a safety measure. Temperature -55°C is the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. This thermistor must not operate above 125°C in order for it to work. If the thermistor is unable to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating, then it should have a maximum capability of 100mW.
