Description
The TC820 is a 3-3/4 digit multi-measurement system that combines an A/D converter, frequency counter, and logic probe into a single package. It features a low-noise A/D converter with differential inputs and an on-chip voltage reference, an auto-ranging frequency counter with a maximum input frequency of 4MHz, and a logic probe with two LCD annunciators and a buzzer driver. The TC820 also includes a 3-3/4 digit display with over range indicator, a data hold input for comparison measurements, a low battery detect with LCD annunciator, under range and over range outputs, and an on-chip buzzer driver with control input.
