TC7660HCOA713 Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR type. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 120kHz switching frequencies.
